Team India kicked off their preparations for the Asia Cup 2025 in the UAE with their first training session on Thursday, led by captain Suryakumar Yadav.
Indian team is set to open their campaign against hosts UAE on September 10, before facing arch-rivals Pakistan in a high-voltage clash on September 14.
During the practice session, Suryakumar was seen leading the hurdle talk, setting the tone for what will be his first multi-nation assignment as T20I captain. The tournament is also seen as a crucial rehearsal for the upcoming T20 World Cup at home later this year.
