Mamata Banerjee-led Trinamool Congress on Saturday unveiled its campaign song, ‘Abar Jitbe Bangla’ (Bengal will win again), as the party stepped up preparations for the upcoming West Bengal Assembly elections.
Announcing the launch on its official X handle, the TMC said the song was aimed at energising supporters and carrying the party’s message across the state.
The party described the track as reflecting the “heartbeat of Bengal’s resistance” and the spirit of its long-standing slogan ‘Ma-Mati-Manush’ (Mother, Soil and People). Visuals in the song highlight Bengal’s cultural and historical legacy, invoking figures such as Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose, Swami Vivekananda and Rabindranath Tagore.
The video also features political messaging targeting the BJP, alongside scenes of Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee and Abhishek Banerjee leading protest marches.
