One week after the deadly Red Fort car blast, the death toll has climbed to 15 after two more victims succumbed to their injuries, officials confirmed.
The blast, which occurred on November 10 when an explosives-laden i20 went up in flames, has been officially termed a terror attack by the Union Cabinet.
Investigators have linked the conspiracy to Dr Umar Un Nabi, identified as the man driving the car minutes before the explosion.
Probes have uncovered an encrypted internal network used for coordinating movement of weapons and personnel.
Nabi had reportedly created a Signal group three months earlier, adding associates Dr Muzammil, Adeel, Muzaffar and Irfan for covert communication.
Key accused Dr Muzammil and Dr Shaheen Shahid are currently in custody, with officials alleging they played central roles in financing and facilitating the module.
Recent arrests, including that of Adeel, Irfan alias Mufti, and Jasir Bilal Wani have revealed systematic recruitment of Kashmiri youths and multiple instances of weapon testing.
DNA testing has confirmed Umar as the bomber after matching his remains with his mother.
