Just one day after Charlie Kirk’s assasination at Utah Valley University, U.S. President Donald Trump made a big revelation regarding the suspect.
While in an interview with Fox News, Trump said, “with a high degree of certainty” that the person who shot and killed Trump’s close ally Charlie Kirk is in custody.
He also mentioned that the shooter was probably turned in by someone “very close” to Kirk. Trump did not share further details about the shooter being caught but he was certain about the shooter being caught.
FBI and other agencies have been closely investigating the case of Kirk’s assasination. Yesterday, the rifle used to shoot Kirk was also found by the investigation agencies.
Kirk’s assasination has raised concerns regarding freedom of speech and nature of democracy in the country.
