Kannada television actress Divya Suresh, known for her stint on Bigg Boss Kannada, has been booked in connection with a hit-and-run incident in Bengaluru’s Byatarayanapura area earlier this month.
Police confirmed that legal proceedings have been initiated against the actress after CCTV footage linked her vehicle to the crash.

The accident occurred around 1.30 am on October 4 near Nithya Hotel, when a speeding black car collided with a motorcycle carrying 25-year-old Kiran G. and his cousins, Anusha (33) and Anitha (24).
The impact threw all three riders onto the road. While Anitha sustained a severe leg fracture and was hospitalized, Kiran and Anusha suffered minor injuries.
The complaint was filed on October 7 after Kiran focused on Anitha’s medical care.
Legal action and investigation
Divya Suresh has been booked under Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS) Section 281 for rash or negligent driving and Section 125A for acts endangering life or personal safety.
Police traced the vehicle’s registration number from CCTV footage to Suresh and initiated proceedings under the BNS and the Motor Vehicles Act.
Investigations are ongoing, and the actress will be summoned for further questioning to establish the exact sequence of events.
