Union Home Minister Amit Shah on Tuesday vowed strict action against those behind the car blast near Delhi’s Red Fort that killed at least 13 people and injured over 30.
Shah chaired a high-level meeting just a day after the deadly car blast to discuss about the possibilities of those behind the blast.
In a post on X, Shah said he had chaired review meetings with senior officials and directed them to “hunt down each and every culprit” responsible for the explosion.
Shah also visited the blast site near Sunehri Masjid and the LNJP Hospital late Monday night to assess the situation and meet the injured.
The home minister’s strong statement comes as the investigation, now handed over to the NIA, continues to probe possible terror links in the case.
