National Conference (NC), the ruling party in Jammu and Kashmir, managed to win three seats in Rajya Sabha, while BJP secured one win.
Choudhary Mohammad Ramzan of the NC was elected to the Rajya Sabha, securing 58 votes.
Sajad Kichloo, also from the NC, won the second seat, while G.S. (Shammi) Oberoi claimed the third seat, as confirmed in a party statement.
BJP leader Sat Sharma emerged victorious in the fourth Rajya Sabha seat, defeating NC’s Imran Nabi Dar.
