Team India unveiled their official jersey for the upcoming ICC T20I World Cup 2026 during the innings break of the second ODI against South Africa in Raipur.
The massive jersey display featured the new blue-and-orange kit, revealed in the presence of 2024 T20 World Cup–winning captain Rohit Sharma and young batter Tilak Varma. Rohit has also been announced as an ICC ambassador for the 2026 tournament.
The T20I World Cup, beginning February 7, will be jointly hosted by defending champions India and Sri Lanka.
As part of their preparation, India will play a five-match T20I series at home against South Africa, with the squad already announced featuring Suryakumar Yadav as captain, Hardik Pandya returning from injury, and Shubman Gill included subject to fitness.
At the time of the jersey reveal, India had posted 358/5 at the innings break in the second ODI. Virat Kohli smashed his 53rd ODI ton, while Ruturaj Gaikwad also scored his maiden ODI hundred.
Skipper KL Rahul finished the innings with a quick fire knock of 66 runs off 43 balls.
